Received SysEx and Send SysEx is not the same.

Question

Hi, I'm a new user of MIDI Designer and find it very useful :-)
But can someone explain to me why a recorded SysEx message to PC from my Yamaha PSR-SX700 cannot also be used to send back to the SX700.
Example.
Dump to PC Regi.Mem.(1) = F0 43 73 01 52 25 00 01 01 00 01 00 F7
If I want to send the same SysEx message back to the SX700, the SysEx must be called: F0 43 73 01 52 25 11 00 01 00 00 F7
As you can see, there are some HEX codes that are not the same.
Rec.:  F0 43 73 01 52 25 00 01 01 00 01 00 F7
Send: F0 43 73 01 52 25 11 00 01 00 00 F7

With Roland, it would work as you describe, the SysEx command TO the board would match the status report (transmit edit) FROM the board.  Pushed the question over to our Facebook group to see if we can find some Yamaha knowledge.
