Please make sure that you're not running two versions of MIDI Designer or any other MIDI app. The name being wrong problem is the one I'm answering below.
Hi, thanks for the quick reply :)
I went to the page u linked, but when I submitted it gave an error msg saying I needed to fill in a Componet field, which was impossible since it wasn't there ;) I might try again tomorrow, on the desktop, it's funny how Apple's own webforms don't work in mobile Safari..
Many thanks, & all the best  <3
don't get me started ;)
and best to you to, thanks for your persistence in investigating these problems with MD. Why I'm blessed with users with heavy diagnostic skills, I'm not sure, but it might have to do with how complex the product is.

Hi and thanks for your question. This is not a MIDI Designer problem, per se, but we've been experiencing the same problem in our studio. You can see this because any other app (try MIDI Monitor) has the exact same problem.

The responsible thing to do would be to file a "Radar" or bug report with Apple at https://bugreport.apple.com. Without that, it will never get fixed. If you do take the time to do that, kindly let me know so I can get behind that Radar as well.
