Great suggestion!
can they overwrite your current presets? Otherwise it's a difficult piece to consider.
Maybe, you could have say 3 download preset slots that are a kind of temp area? At least you have the original file in the dropbox/mail then and you can move them to the preset if you wish from there?
Or I could just move around existing presets if there's enough space. Hmmm...
On a similar note, would it be possible to mail individual pages rather than a full layout?
Definitely YES, @arsby, this is a missing feature right now. You can do this manually via iTunes (drag and drop to MIDI Designer's files) with pages, but yes, this is missing and that needs to be remedied.

Great suggestion, thanks. Also we need to add that you have to be able to open them from Dropbox/Mail etc.
