App Crashes on Startup (iPhone, iOS 13)

For a very small number of users, app hangs on startup and is non-responsive on iOS 12 and 13.

This appears to be the same startup crash discovered on iOS 12 and related to MIDI-over-Wi-Fi. In short, if either device -- computer or iPhone, for instance -- sleeps, the app becomes non-responsive. Worse, it cannot start correctly ever until the device is hard booted.

We're still hearing from our users on this thread. (If it's a defect in MIDI Designer Pro 2, we'll patch it, of course.)
