LAYOUT: Layout for Novation Launchpad MK2 as Pedalboard

This layout uses several not-yet-documented features of MIDI Designer Pro 2 for hardware pedalboards, the most important of which are:

  1. Feedback behavior (a property of supercontrols)
  2. Copy pedalboard supercontrols to page (which is how you make the pages most conveniently)
