This is a updated layout for of all four meris pedals with a new single page for control of all the pedals and a complete preset page.  This includes Stream Byter rules to Parse Sysex dumps for all four pedals enabling you to see what all the controls on your pedal are set to by pressing the Alt and Mode buttons on the pedal to send a SysEx message.  This will ONLY work if you're set up to send and receive MIDI in and out from the pedals to the iPad.  Also some peripherals will block SysEx messages so it may not work on all setups.   

Polymoon on channel 1, Ottobit on channel 3, Mercury 7 on channel 5 and Enzo on channel 7.

You can add a tap tempo button for both and then use a supercontrol to control both buttons.

You can use your web browser to go to the page. download there and then click open with MIDI Designer.
