LAYOUT: V 2.0 Performance Controller for the DSI (Sequential) Prophet 12

Just finished version 2.0 of this controller. Besides cleaning up the graphical appearance I used XY pads and super controls to make control even more direct and easy.

- Replaced the knobs for the Character section by XY pads, one for Air and Girth, another one for Hack and Decimate.

- Replaced the filter controls by XY pads, controlling Cutoff and Resonance. One pad is for the LPF, another one for the HPF.

- Replaced the whole envelope section by one crossfader, which is controlling both filter and amp envelopes. Makes changes from very punchy to very soft envelopes very fast and easy.

- Created another crossfader for the Oscillator Shape Modulation.

- Rearranged controls and cleaned up graphics, omitted the different colors, setting everything to evil red (with still good readability).
