Is is possible to Combine 2 Messages such as Bank Select and Program Change

I am struggling to control bank and program changes on a Korg Wavestation  and have found this on the legacy collection (Which behaves in a similar way) "To change programs on the Wavestation, you must insert a Bank Change and a Program Change into the track, both on the same tick (DP's Event List is best for this). The Wavestation uses only the LSB value for Bank Change, so the CC you enter is 32 with any value from 0 to 17 (0 = RAM 1, 17 = KLC Card). Program Change values are from 1 to 50."

This sounds like there needs to be a way to combine 2 messages into the one control - is this possible?
