With this layout you can send a program change with either a pedalboard, the slider on release and directly with the numbers.

Awesome, we need more generic layouts like this! Very useful.
Can this be edited to give each button a custom name, and for each button to send not just Program Change but a specified MSB/LSB/PC combo on a given channel? (Normally, I'd go to the Design tab and just see for myself, but I can't see what the Design options are for this layout without an add-on purchase.)
Yes you can. I don’t know why you don’t have access to the design mode, probably because this layout has a super controller. These buttons send only a PC message but you can change this to send a MSB/LSB/PC message. Hope this help.
