Selecting All Controls for Supercontrol

Is their one command that would allow me to select all controls in my layout and assign them to a supercontrol?

The answer is no, but I'd argue that this is a special case of "multiple selection" which is a much-needed feature in MD, currently a Suggestion and also not yet available. You're aware of the utility of the little red LED on the top right of the Design Properties Pane, right? Thx.
I'm aware of the little red LED for iPads but currently I'm working in my iPhone 6
Yes, on the iPhone the interface is more than workable, but for big building, the iPad is the money.
