Routing Incoming MIDI messages to various controls (knobs/sliders)

Question

I found this cool app called midiLFOs that gives me 4 LFOs on an idevice. I’m able to tell midiLFOs app to talk to MIDIdesigner.  I can get knobs in the MD to be controlled by the midiLFO app. However I’d like to make the destination dynamic. I’d like to choose the destination and the range (intensity) of LFO directly in MD.

Can I do this ? Can I have two sliders one to choose who receives the LFO CC from the midiLFO. The second knob slider would be for the LFO intensity. I know I can do this by going back to midiLFO and change the CC / Channel there but I’d like to do this directly in MidiDesigner. Should I set the midiLFOs as pedal board ?

The main reason for this is to control roland gear b/c the midiLFO cannot do SYSEX messages and MD can.

Pedalboards are one way to go and then they would control whichever page you're looking at. Another way to go is to use Channel Changers. Both of these ways would work, and both work differently, and neither is perfectly suited for this use-base... well, pedalboards are actually quite close, but you need to switch pages. Just remember: CONTROL COPIES (copy, not make similar) is your friends.

Thanks, but I’m not sure how the Channel Changer would get this done. If you can please point me to UT or a post here. My understanding of Channel changer is a “Special” supper that can set the midi channel byte for many controls. I also used the Channel changer successfully with the “L” value in SYSEX with named tick to address various oscillators on JD-XI.

Channel Changers are a different way to go about the problem, and you could not use with controls for which you're using the Channel Changer to change some other variable (like oscillator). But channel changers would allow you to change the outgoing message being sent by the control being twirled by the LFO. So... it's not what you want, but you'll get the outcome you need.
