Simple midi keyboard layout

Question

Before I start to do it one myself, is there a simple midi keyoboard layout that send midi notes ( of course) ?

there are probably hundreds, but none posted here. We'd LOVE to have it. Remember to delete extra pages -- and perhaps save the individual pages, or not -- so that it can be "appended" to other layouts.

Related, perhaps: Some of our users say that a stylus is a big help. You need a good one like the Musemee or the Adonit. Or you can do it by hand, of course.
