It would also be very nice to put a group of knobs, or buttons, or faders in a panel, and then have an option in the panel to distribute its buttons equally inside the boundary set by the two outer buttons/knobs.

Hi and thank you for your comments:
  1. Right now, as you've seen, there's only grid on or off. The grid off is actually a 4 pixel grid, where as the grid on is a 16 pixel grid. We're probably will not offer more choices than these two as they work for most, but not all, users. However, we'll log this suggestion and will perhaps implement it in the future.
  2. Multiple selection -- and align top, center, bottom, etc. -- is a great feature request and one that we have on the radar. The question is when we'll get to do it, but it's definitely on the roadmap.

Thanks for your patience as we remove limitations and push the App forward.

Thanks so much for replying. I'm really liking MD Pro so far, especially with how the faders/knobs operate i.e. once I've selected the control, I can move my finger around and still manipulate the control.  I wanted an app that's quick and easy to use onstage whilst gigging and MD Pro is fitting the bill so far!
Very cool, thanks! Regarding moving your finger around, check this out (in the new manual!):
