Hi and thanks for your question. The issue with this request is: layout to control what? MIDI Designer is made for building a custom, mostly static surface for mapping to particular controls. For a surface that maps automatically to your DAW, another app made specifically for Logic might be more appropriate (even in this case some users still usLogic. So: what are you trying to do, and what kind of control over logic do you want?
I would like to have it so when I open lets say a fabfilter plugin the controls are already setup to use the EQ. Then when I open the next plugin say a waves compressor. the midi designer will change to control whichever plugin is open
