Msb & Lsb problem

Question

Bank select MSB (CC0) = 00 - program change messages load pad instruments (indexed from the alphabetically ordered list) Bank select MSB (CC0) = 01 with LSB (CC32) picks the FACTORY preset group, with program change events selecting the preset within that group. Bank select MSB (CC0) = 02 with LSB (CC32) picks the USER preset group, with program change events selecting the preset within that group. 

 

I have to set a knob with the above values for changing presets on Drumjam app....how could i do?

Is it okay to resend the bank select (to 1 or 2) with every bank-select -> prog change?

Here's the setup, roughly:

• Supercontrol with two subcontrols
• First subcontrol sends bank change
• Second subcontrol send program change
• Change BANK CHANGE subcontrol to "send current value"

This will cause a bank-prog change to send out with EACH move of the supercontrol. The supercontrol will only change the value for the program change.
