Where can I get to "unused only" setting you mentioned in your answer?

HI and thanks for your question.

When you choose the channel and CC for a control, you get to choose whether this is on or off. This is a toggle. Blue means the feature is ON.

Also this is on several other pages in similar ways, like the page properties when you automatically number the page.
