can we generate midi machine control MMC

i'm trying to control the transport in studio one presonus, seems to only work with MMC, can we do it with midi designer ?

Thanks for your question. My understanding is that MMC is "just" sysex as seen here in Wikipedia. The way MIDI Designer works with sysex should allow you to take a look at the Wikipedia page, try a few different things, and get one of the messages working (and then the other messages). Of course feel free to comment on this answer or contact me and I can help you figure this out for Studio One, and I can even download the demo of that DAW etc.

(There are some specific MMC messages that would need specific support in MIDI Designer, like the "goto" command: we do not support that currently. Also, MD has no support for MIDI Time Code [nor clock] so in that sense it's not an ideal fit for anything beyond simple transport control currently.)
