Map presets to external midi controller

I love how we can map a whole page to a preset. But can we map presets to external midi control?

 Can an I have a be grinder fcb1010 send out a PC on a midi channel for midi designer. And then assign preset 3 on midi designer to that same PC allowing me to call presets from a midi controller?

can you have the FCB1010 send out a CC instead of a PC? They're way easier to work with. MIDI gets in the way of MIDI, sometimes.
