Editing MD layouts on Mac or PC?

Can you explain what you mean by the metadata... meaning: which metadata would you want in such an operation?

Thanks for the suggestion!
One specific example of the sort of thing I'm interested in would be the ability to quickly change the midi transmit channel of many or all controls.  This would go a lot faster on my Mac than on the touch screen of my iPad.  I'm just looking for a faster way of data entry than all the pop up dialogs used in the iPad interface.
double tap page in design mode -> controls -> renumber

Plus, with the popups, are you aware of the Green Button at the top right of the Design Properties Pane? It's a HUGE time-saver.
Remember to save your layout before you do any of these operations, of course... they are destructive (but awesome and very useful).
Thanks for those tips.  I *never* would have found that renumber function under the page dialog.  Is there a document outlining all of the functions of MD?
Hi and thanks. There's no central manual for MIDI Designer. Had you imagined this functionality you could've googled:

renumber controls midi designer

but you'd have to know it exists.

Manual is coming, but right now our focus is on growing and perfecting the App. We answer stuff here on Q&A and via Email very fast... it's not a manual but it should serve as some consolation.

Thanks!

Thanks.  I won't be shy about asking questions or making suggestions.  ;)

oh and thanks for making this awesome app!
Thanks for digging it. We're here for Qs and feedback
I, too, would love a Mac app to edit my MD layouts.  I find it so much quicker to create/edit layouts on a computer vs an iOS device.
