Transpose pitch of hardware module via MD

Question

Hi admin,  

I want to transpose my hardware sound module in semitones via MD running on an iPad.

Earlier I successfully mapped program changes and pan values and can visually see the changes happening in hardware module.

I tried your transpose/octave tutorial. It works at iPad level but no changes are seen in transpose values in hardware module.  

I need to pitch shift my module from MD in real time during my live performance.

Could you please explain how I can achieve this?

Hey Kris, thanks for the suggestion. All this morphing kind of behavior... we don't do it yet. One of our big goals, and it will take months, is to incorporate MJDJ MIDI Morph (our free app) into MIDI Designer.

So the question for right now for you (representing hundreds of users, let's assume) is: does your MIDI route through a computer? Then MD could control MJDJ and we could do the transposition there for ya.
