Ipad/MIDI designer wireless to Win7 laptop running Ableton LIVE, is a 3rd party windows utility needed?

Hi and thanks for your question. For right now, all the stuff on Wireless connectivity is at http://midiDR.com/connect. For Windows, you'll need rtpMIDI as well, which is here:
