Handle Overlays Going Off-Screen

Question

I noticed when dragging my finger up the screen on a control which is close to the edge, that the current value being displayed that pops-up, goes off the screen so you can't see it. When you get close to the top of the screen, you could make the pop up display value appear behind your finger instead of just in front of it.
