Is it possible to have an MD contol output a MIDI note (or other value) as a timed 'pulse' (like a heartbeat)?

For now there is only snap-to-default value and snap-to-value. See
http://mididesigner.com/qa/72/snap-to-value
and fire back if you have other questions.
