How to initialize controller values when loading a new song into the DAW?

Hello,

I managed to control Reaper from Midi Designer. That works great!

Now, I'm trying to find a way to initialize the Midi Designer controler values when I load a track in Reaper. For example, if I load a new track in my DAW, I would like all my volume sliders to be set to the actual volume of each track of my song like it would do on a motorized console!

Is that possible? If yes, how can I do that?

MIDI Designer is 100% bidirectional (meaning it responds to MIDI input)... that said, I don't know how to get Reaper to send values for the faders. 

Compared to the Reaper forums, we're tiny: you might want to try asking there. If you get some answers that are worth sharing, please come back and share. Also, if you have any comments or questions related to this thread, please comment on this answer.
