How to do bank select in my case?

I am working on a CS6X controller layout and I want to change a bank.

The CS6X has 3 banks. They are called Preset 1, Preset 2 and Internal.

According to the midi spec the following is going on.

To switch to Preset 1   => MSB 3F, LSB 0
To switch to Preset 2   => MSB 3F, LSB 1
To switch to Internal    => MSB 3F, LSB 8

How can I switch to those banks?

So here I am at the finishing stage of my CS6X layout. The only problem I haven't solved is this bank select problem mentioned above. Please help me get the finishing touch. How do I do a bank switch with the information above? I have seen people use B0 00 and B0 20 combos but 7f is the max. I converted the bytes with the midi byte calculator to try that in sysex but it didn't work.

These look like NRPNs, 0-16K (14-bit). Could it be?

I tried it NRPNs. It didn't work. It's also not mentioned as such in the midi specs.

I tried 2 buttons as subcontrols with a CC 0 and CC32 and a button supercontrol but in the log I don't see that messages are being sent so I can't debug that.
