Scrolling through an effects list

I am working on a layout for the CS6X. It has 2 fx slots and each slot has a lot of FX options.  They are all selected my MSB LSB combinations. However, the MSB LSB connections are not sequential. How do I solve this?

I solved this by creating a button for each effect type and having it send an MSB LSB combination.
