Call for layouts: Korg nanoKONTROL2

Question

Can someone help recreate the Korg nanoKONTROL2 (http://www.korg.com/nanoseries2)? All the buttons/knobs/faders will be sending CC control messages. For button, probably just a toggle mode, and for knobs  and faders, that would have min value = 0 and max value = 127 for the CC#.

Hi. There's a functionality built into the app which does something pretty similar: in page properties use "Reset Page to Default Template." Let me know if you cannot find it. Thanks!
