Call for Access Virus (Snow, Polar, etc.)

Hi all -- just joined the forum.

I'm looking forward to using this app with different hardware, but I would especially like to use it with my Virus Snow, a powerful and portable synth that suffers from certain technical limitations:

As of right now, controlling the Snow the way Access has designed it requires a user to connect the synth to one of a limited number of supported DAWs and open its total integration (TI) software. This works well in theory but in practice there are frequent problems, and in any case the advantages of having a small, portable synth like the Snow are somewhat diminished by its interface being available under such limited circumstances.

A template permitting the parameters of the Snow (or other Virus models) to be controlled by an iPad would free the synth up for use anywhere ... potentially allowing it to be sequenced by another iPad app, which would completely free it from the studio.

Hey and thanks for your question. You might want to investigate this yourself at first by getting ONE parameter moving in your MIDI target. Maybe just controlling 5 params would be enough, or maybe you get inspired and do a full layout in a weekend... or maybe you find out that MD won't do the trick! I'd suggest investigating a bit yourself first, though community requests have been picked up and filled on occasion.
