Two-finger Swipe Up Doesn't Work

I'm trying to use the JD-990 layout, and I want to use the Piano Keys on the pedalboard. However, the two-finger swipe up doesn't do anything. What's up?

By default in MIDI Designer 1.5, the two-finger swipe is disabled in performance mode (which is one-finger swipe in design mode).

You can enable either by going to config->options.
