Can mididesigner address more than one port?

Question

Builiding a MidiDesigner organ controller for Sonar. So far I'm able to select different tracks in Sonar that are loaded with different soundfont patches. That enables me to select a specific patch from a button on MidiDesigner (just like a pipe organ control).

Works great on ch 1-16 but I'd like to address maybe 40-50 channels in Sonar.
I noticed in one of your 'config' videos that you had lots of ports listed. Is it possible to use these different ports at the same time somehow?

Hi and thanks for your question. At this time (Feb 2013), there is no way to have controls address individual ports, so even if you set up a sufficient number of network ports, you cannot do that in MIDI Designer. MD will talk to as many ports as you want, but without the ability to map controls to ports, I don't think you'll hit your goal.

Perhaps Sonar can respond to NRPN? There are a lot more NRPN parameters because you can specify two bytes. (trying to think of other, relevant possibilities but for now I've got nothing)...
