I am nowhere near the level of knowledge required to write a manual but am keen to help. It occurred to me that a better way to get a manual produced would be through interactive input from as many users as possible - i.e. would it not be possible for the manual to be created online as a Wikipeadia item (or any other online resource that permits interactive content)?
My personal problem is that I hate undertaking any project without knowing the parameters within which I'm to operate. Without reference to the specifications (and therefore the limitations) of the software I and presumably other users will inevitably hit a brick wall after spending much time trying to achieve the impossible.
I'm not complaining, have bought the Pro' version, and I think the whole concept of MIDI Designer is brilliant, but the longer you leave the creation of a manual/specification, the more daunting the task will become.
