All the functions for Logic's EFM1 FM Soft Synth are here on one page.

You can get some pretty good sounds just using the mouse but why not take advantage of MDP2 right?? I designed this on my iPad mini. Should translate to iPad.

Of course, with Apple being typical Apple, I can't export the controller mapping file so you would need to map them to your EFM1. IMHO, the hard work's done though. :)   The design is a tad bit weighted toward the right but the middle section is centered so .... /shrug/  I guess you can move the random function currently in the top right over to free space to the left. Your call.
